Sandeep is a business and leadership coach and a mentor to CEOs, Business Leaders and Management Professionals to achieve their highest levels of performance by helping them first discover their intrinsic potential and then aligning it with their external environment. Atish Mohan Govil
Atish has over 2 decades of diverse industry experience managing businesses and building teams. A Mechanical Engineer from DCE, Atish worked with Tata Motors and ONGC. Post his MBA (IIM-B) he worked in Equity Market with an Investment Bank. In 1998, he was part of the initial team setting up a retailing business and and grew it to over 500 employees. A COO at a dotcom business, Product Manager for an MNC BPO, and an extended stint with ICICI Bank managing stable and mature businesses across retail and institutional domains. Atish’s expertise lies around facilitating strategic agility and alignment and building teams for business growth Atish Leads the Business Simulation practice of NeoSynapses.
Niju Ponnappan
Niju Ponnappan focus is on supporting clients to address their business strategies through developing effective leadership mindsets and collaborative practices. Niju holds a mechanical engineering degree from CET Trivandrum and a masters in Management Studies (Operations Management) from University of Mumbai. He started his journey from Cochin Refineries (site expansion), went on to work at Kodak India Ltd. as Planning Manager for close to 6 years. He briefly worked for Nike licensee in India before joining as a Business Manager – Supply Chain at Baxter India. His last corporate tenure was at BD (Becton Dickinson BD-India where Niju held the senior supply chain management position for over 10 years.
Sanjay Sahay
Sanjay is a passion driven executive coach and facilitator of leadership development with more than 37 years of industry-wide experience, with last 17 years in Human Resource Development. His experience includes executive coaching, HR development, talent appreciation & assessment, training needs analysis, designing, delivering needs specific training workshops and evaluating their effectiveness. An electrical engineer, he has worked at SIEMENS as a medical engineer and NIS Sparta as a Principal Consultant with a range of executive profiles from senior management to young executives. He was the Principal Consultant for the world’s largest training intervention and developed learning content, trained the trainers and conducted pilot programs for senior management of many organizations. Manish Gupta
Manish Gupta is a banking professional with over 17 years of experience across diverse businesses and functions including Business Strategy, Operations, Relationship Management, Business and Product Development, and Client Sales Management. His last assignment was as Managing Director and Sales Head for Treasury and Trade Solutions, Citibank, India. When not consulting companies in his new avatar, he examines the vagaries and idiosyncrasies of the English language. The success of his debut book titled English Bites! My ‘Fullproof’ English Learning Formula, a Penguin publication, has spurred him to write a sequel. This is currently in the making and taking a toll on his other interests like trivia, travelling, adventure sports, weight loss advisory, and positive psychology. Manish Gupta holds a Masters in Business Administration with dual specialization in Finance and Marketing from XLRI, Jamshedpur as well as a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College, Chandigarh. He lives in Mumbai with his wife, a medical professional, and their two daughters.
