What can create real business building-behavior change?

External Trigger(s) - Real, Relevant and Size-able Impact:
Something happens in the External (Customer, Business Model, Go-To-Market structure, Technology, etc) factors which necessitates a valid response from the business.

This need has to be communicated, with its urgency and size of impact. The advantages of the behaviour change or the risks of not responding have to be unambiguous.
